Getting started for employees

Welcome to Staffvelox! In this article, we’ll walk you through how to get started with Staffvelox as an employee.

Step 1: Join your organization

Check your email inbox. You will have received an invitation email from your manager. If you did not receive any invitation email, then ask your manager to send invitation.

  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Click Accept Invitation link.
  3. Enter password and confirm password.
  4. Click Create account.

Step 2: Access your schedule

After you have successfully joined your organization, you can access Staffvelox using a web browser, iPhone, iPad or Android phone.

Using web browser
  1. Go to staffvelox.com.
  2. Click Log in button at the top.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. Click Log in button.
  5. You can view your schedule in Schedule tab.
Using mobile app
  1. Download our mobile app.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. Click Log in.
  5. You can view your schedule in Schedule > My Schedule tab.
