Manage timesheets

Time entries are automatically added when employees clock in and out or take paid time off. You can also add or edit time entries manually.

View time entries

  • Go to Timesheets tab.
  • At the top, click the < or > arrows to go to previous, next date ranges.
  • At the top, click the date drop-down to jump to a specific date range.
  • Apply filters to the time entries using the drop-downs at the top left.

Add time entries

  1. Go to Timesheets tab.
  2. At the top right, click Add Time.
  3. Enter the details and click Save Time Entry.

Edit time entries

  1. Go to Timesheets tab.
  2. Click the desired time entry.
  3. Update the details and click Save Time Entry.

Approve time entries

Approve the time entries to automatically include the hours in the payroll report.

  1. Go to Timesheets tab.
  2. On the left, select the checkboxes of time entries you want to approve.
  3. At the top right, click Actions.
  4. Select Approve.

Find the payroll report in Reports > Payroll page.

Export time entries

  1. Go to Timesheets tab.
  2. All visible time entries will be exported, so you can apply filters and change date range to suit your needs.
  3. At the top right, click Actions.
  4. Select Export CSV.
